  1. I am getting the following error message from Windows MOSAIC when I try
  2. to access some sites (I can connect to other sites without any problem),
  3. can anyone tell me what does it mean.

  6.     Connection has been refused"

  9. I run Novell LWP with winsock & Novell Netware & W4W 3.1 (not 3.11)
  10. on my machine (using ODI and ODINSUP).
